Stressed depressed and no rest
Stress is apart of my everyday life like the majority of everybody else’s but I’ve been letting everything make me feel stressed, eventually depressed, and lastly getting no rest. I’m not sure how to make myself feel happy or at least have a reason to crack a smile besides watching BTS all day or hearing some of my favorite songs in the car. Any tips on how to improve my mood daily and to not stress so much about school, love life, and myself?
