Scared

So on November 1st I decided to take a test since my period was about 3 days late. I wasn't expecting a positive as I've been on the shot and not having regular periods but I just wanted to knockout the possibility of being pregnat. I got a positive instead. I didn't have another test to take to make sure and I don't have the money to either. Well that next night I had sex and started spotting. It has been on and off ever since, but these past 4 days it's gotten to a deep red. It's still spotting and I dont have cramps anymore. Sometimes it gets on my underwear and other times it doesn't. Its not really bleeding but it's not really spotting. But I'm scared that I might be having a miscarrage. I dont know what to do and don't currently have the money to get another test or visit the doctor. (I'm actively looking for a job as I just moved states and have no insurance either)
