4 year old left in towed vehicle over night.
Yep, you read correctly. This happened in my state over night.
A child was left in a vehicle in a tow lot overnight, after the driver of the vehicle was pulled over for an OWI. Officers removed a 10 month old before towing, but somehow did not see another child in the vehicle. The car was towed late (12:30 am) and the child was not discovered in the vehicle until 8:30 that morning. It went down to 19 degrees that night.
So, who is at fault here?
The driver?
The officers?
The tow truck driver?
What charges do you think should be brought upon the person at fault?
