DeVos- Canadian with a question
Ok so I’m reading about the new regulations being put in around campus sexual assault and I am super confused about how sexual assault fits under campus discipline?
It is illegal so shouldn’t it be better delt with through the criminal justice system (not saying all victims should or will report- that’s a different issue) I’m just super confused on how this is a universities jurisdiction
