won’t get treated

so i went to the doctors to get birth control, they ran some tests for STDs i tested positive for two. i don’t know if my ex or current boyfriend gave them to me but when i told him he didn’t talk to me for two days i still don’t think he got treated yet but he keeps trying to have sex and when i tell him to use a rubber he gets mad and turns over, what should i do? (i’m starting to think he gave it to me & he knows he did)
