Just found recorded arguments on his phone

Need advice please

Most couples argue and ours isn’t any different I really feel I don’t have any credibility with him and his mother, so I can snap out of pure frustration especially when I have to explain myself and ask nicely repeatedly. We have a toddler so my patients can be thin at times.

When we argue he says “keep going keep going “ so I Twigged he’s recording me! I found recorded arguments about 10 on his phone some titled... My Hell Life... I confronted him he’s said it’s to play back so I can hear myself ?!? I feel there’s no trust anymore and he might use it in court if we ever separate so he can take our son, he is a very clever businessman and I’m a full time mum and have no money of my own.
