Am I pregnant

Okay ladies I need a little bit of help. I might be pregnant, but the first test I took was negative. I’ll start from the beginning. My last period was November 4th-8th and my fertile window on eve says November 13-19. A week after my period on the 15th I started spotting but it wasn’t a full days period it was a light little flow and went away. It came back the next day on the 16 and on the 17th . I haven’t spotted since but have been cramping pretty much every day since (light cramps) . I took a pregnancy test on the 24th that was negative , but could it have been too early bc my next period isn’t until December 2nd . And I had intercourse the night of the 11 and the morning of the 12th.....

And lastly if I am pregnant any advice on how to tell the guy who just a fb at the moment
