Seeing in laws too much

I dont even see my own family on a weekly basis.. but we have to spend at least one day at the in laws for several hours. Every minute feels like an hour when I'm there. Ive always been an introvert so its mentally and emotionally exhausting for me but I'm not sure how to tell DH that. My MIL doesnt see her in laws weekly and never has from what I understand, but gets offended if she doesn't see us weekly. I've witnessed on several occasions throughout the years that she tries to "keep busy" when her in laws are around. So I would think she would understand. I'm just done. I dont know what to do without disturbing the peace and saying all of this stuff. Wish I could just let DH visit once a week and me stay home but then I'm outed because they feel I'm keeping my baby from them. I'm breastfeeding so baby isn't going without me.
