In-Laws

I started to come around my in laws when I had my baby. They are very traditional & uh, judgmental so I was always careful what I wore around them and what to say. I’ve been a stay at home for a little over a year now and about a month ago my father in law told me i am “lazy” because my husband is literally working everyday (he’s always been a workaholic). I am not going to lie. That hurt my feelings because i am not lazy! Every time I mention I want to go back to work my husband tells me he doesn’t want me to go back. Oh & he is the type to not say anything to his parents..

Anyways, I feel like every time i come around my in-laws, they belittle me? Im not sure what word to describe it but I don’t like being around them anymore which sucks because I’m going to have to see them regardless. What to do??
