Working out, bad back.

🌻🌺Trinkster🌺🌻 • Mamma to my little man 10/02/18 and little girl 11/29/19

I have extremely tight muscles in my back. My physical therapist recommended working out and doing like strength and weight workouts for helping the muscles in my back.

But, she didnt tell me which ones to do. What machines should I be using? I'm 8 weeks PP and I'm trying to get in shape and help my back. Any help is greatly appreciated!
