Arthritis or nerve disorder symptoms?

So I’m 23yrs old with two kids. For years I been going through shoulder pain (burning sensation) and neck, hip hurting or locking up on me after walking for a little, tightness stiffness of the toes & fingers (feels like something is wrapped around my toes like a string or rubber band), I’ll rub my feeet together at night restless feet or something, tingling feeling upper back right side, stiffness in back of right leg, sometimes my knee feels weird like a tightness, my legs twitch often. when it rains or is cold outside my body feels worse (Body aches & pain), today my wrist was feeling weird, There’s more symptoms. But I don’t know what it is.
