Burning pain, no discharge??

I’m in my third trimester and i’ve never had a yeast infection or any other vaginal issue. I’ve had several UTI’s though.

I thought I might have a yeast infection because of this burning that just keeps coming back, but when i went to do the monistat swab it was super painful and i couldn’t gather ANY discharge on it at all.

The discharge i’ve seen has been creamy and white but i couldn’t get any from the internal swab.

Is this just something that comes along with pregnancy?

I’m so tired of this burning and its been WEEKS.

My doctors are not hearing me when i talk i swear 🙃
