What's going on? No Insurance

My period ended a week or so ago and I've been have really watery discharge. There also is a foul smell, kind of smells like bleach for like a month now and I don't know why. There is no pain when I pee, no cramping, nothing out of the ordinary besides the discharge and the smell. I don't have any insurance and I'm not sure what to do. I've tried cleaning with just water but it doesn't seem to help at all?
