Abnormal cramps
Okay so my periods as it is are horrendous. I am always in extreme pain to the point where I throw ho and can’t physically move. However the issue I’m having is that even when I’m not on my period, I get cramps. They aren’t as awful as when I’m on my period ,however , they’re still noticeable. Does anyone know why I get this or if this is normal??
