He just picked me up and I said something about how I don't think we should circumsize our future son (YEARS FROM NOW) we are 20 and 21. And he said I was "fucking stupid" he was probably joking but I sat in my lectures and felt "fucking stupid" all day long today so when he decided to call me that I got pissed. Am I over reacting ? What would you do. Right now we are just sitting across the room not talking ..
* There is nothing wrong with circumsizing or not I just feel people think that they have to do whatever the father has had (or not had) done and I just personally think that's ridiculous. Why do father's and son's penises have to match? Ya with me?

My personal opinions on circumcision non withstanding, if this is your partner, there is no excuse for him to tell you that you’re “fucking stupid.” If anyone should be able to disagree with you politely, it should be the one who loves you. If my husband ever told me I was “fucking stupid” I would lose all respect for him, and it would break my heart.

I wouldn’t take it to heart, it’s a decision you both have to make and be in the same page with. Men know more about circumcisions than woman do, because they are men and they have the penis. I know men who wish they had gotten one bc it’s a lot harder to clean, which if not cleaned properly it can smell. As a baby it’s very easy to get an infection if not cleaned properly. I don’t think the father and son have to match but I think it’s better if the baby is. There are many benefits to it. I’m not religious so that has nothing to do with it. But whatever you both decided, talk about it when the time comes. He was probably in shock when you said that as well but he knows better since he has the penis.
