Do you think elderly people can sense that they might pass away soon?

My great grandma is very old and becoming more weak. When she was saying grace, for thanksgiving dinner, she said, “hopefully this won’t be be my last one”. She has never said that before when she prays. All of a sudden, she did this time. Do you think elderly people can sense when they’re coming close to passing away? I’m kinda worried. Am I just over thinking this?

I’m sure she can sense the life fading, kind of like a light that’s slowly dimming :/ just know if she does pass away she’s going to be in a better place with all of your past ancestors!

I've worked with a few people who I took care of that passed away, my grandmother and mother. Yes, they were aware of it. Many other people who were elderly who I've known did the same thing as well. I think it may be similar to how when we are pregnant we tend to nest. 
I'm sure it's not true for all but if it's anything like coming into this world it is just a sense we have.

I don't think all of them can but yes, it's definitely possible.
