I am just in disbelief wow!

Last week i went in 4 a pap.. a week later I’ve got call saying i test positive for Chlamydia. I’ve only been with this one guy for 3years! He swears he hasn’t stepped out. Is this STD O N L Y sexually transmitted! I feel disgusting and betrayed.
