TMI blood clot

I had a c-section 5 days ago, bleeding had become minimal and like old blood, then suddenly I just went to the bathroom and had blood pour out of me, bright red and went everywhere, followed by this blood clot...

Also started having trouble peeing today, takes about a minute for the flow to start and my bladder hurts initially when I start trying to go.

I have a doctors appointment already booked for my daughter tomorrow so I will ask then, just wondering if this could be urgent or if it’s normal?
