HELP ME

Hi all, just want to ask I've been having discharge more recently than before it's like a creamy white discharge and when I look on my pants it's like hard and peels away.. I've been getting sharp pain in my groin and my breasts are not extremely sore but they're tender... I had sex a month ago and every test I've taken since has been negative... could this be a sign of pregnancy or am I just over thinking??? I'm also on the depo if that helps... please help me!!! TIA
