Fitness journey
I started my fitness journey two weeks ago & i know it’s still early I’ve lost 2 Lbs already. I been eating really healthy. I measure my proportions. No more junk food no soda etc . Left picture was two weeks ago still eating bad not working out. Right picture i been working my but off eating good. Can you spot a small difference in my face ?
