Chest pressure from the patch

Hi all,

I started the patch about 5 days ago and have noticed a few of the side effects ( tender breasts , less acne ) but yesterday I noticed an almost pressure or soreness under my left breast/ribs. Do you think the two could be related ?

I was told if I experience severe chest pains I should see a doctor ASAP so this has me a pic worried. It’s not noticeable very often but I wonder if this something I should wait out and heal from out if I should take off the patch and see a doctor.

* I should note that I have used the patch before about a war ago and had no issues, I only recently started birth control again*
