Help with insecurities

I’m not ashame to say that I am very VERY VERY insecure. I must say before I start my husband and I have gone through a few things in our marriage. My husband has a lot of female friends and I hate it. They call him late at night sometimes. Hasn’t happened in a while but it makes me so angry. It’s almost as if he doesn’t respect me and neither do the women. He says it’s only friendships nothing more and I do believe him but I just hate he has female friends. I have absolutely no male friends at all and I guess I want him to be the same way with no female friends. What is a good cut off time that someone of opposite sex is not allowed to call nor text your SO phone? And is there anything I can do that would help me from being so insecure because I really hate being this way? 😢😢😢
