Help😭

I know this isn't the right group but last time I got no answer in the ebp group..

I need help I exclusively breast pump my baby is 7 weeks old and will not latch but my problem is my left breast keeps getting clogged every other day if not more..

But so far just this week my breast has clogged so much that it's so hard so painful. Saturday it took me over 4 hours to finally unclog it and even after that it was still sore for another 5 hour s. Well today my breast is already as sore as it was when I got off work Saturday. I'm stuck at work my breast is so hard so painful my nipple is swollen and I still have another 7 hours to go.. I don't know what to do it hurts to even move my arm.. I can't imagine how long it's going to take to unclog it and I won't have 4 hours to try to unclog it today and I work again tomorrow it's just going to get even worse. What can I do?! I'm about to cry from the pain someone help please.

What can I do to get rid of this . And prevent it. I try heat hot shower hand expressing vibrations everything it Still keeps happening and today and Saturday is the worse it's ever been 😭
