Some days
I’m good, and others I’m struggling. I had my baby three weeks ago and my anxiety is higher than it has ever been. I know a lot of that has to do with hormones regulating, but being around family is the ultimate stressor. I’m more relaxed (but still stressed) around my family but when it comes to my husband’s family, the thought alone sends me into a panic attack. I can’t physically be around either family for more than two hours without an attack coming on. I wish I could just relax!
