35 weeker doesn’t like being held

Hi,

My baby was born at 35 weeks and he’s 2 weeks adjusted now. He spent 3 weeks in the NICU and now he has been home for 3 weeks. He doesn’t like being carried (with his head on my chest) or be burped on the shoulder. He lifts his head and gets upset.

I know I’m probably being paranoid, but should I be concerned? Could this be a potential sign of autism?
