Really wanting to slap some people in my family right now. 😡 so my great grandmother passed away in July of cancer. For Christmas this year I was going to make a memory box of her to give to my grandmother(my grandmother along with the rest of us have been taking it extremely hard). The memory box will have all the memories and pictures that our family has of her along with a teddy bear that has my great grandmother saying “I love you”. I sent out a message to my family asking them to share their memories and pictures with my great grandmother and explained to them what it was for/who it was for etc. My aunt decided it was ok to tell my grandmother after I’ve went through all this trouble to surprise her with it. I only told everyone about the box(she still has no idea about the teddy bear). This was supposed to be special but I feel like the whole surprise is ruined now.
