Am I right for being mad

About 4 weeks ago my friend bought me a club ticket which was $30 I told her it was okay but I wanted to go so I agreed I had told her I was going to pay her back Because work wasn’t so good right now she said it was okay 3 days later she started arguing about her money and I told her I didn’t have any and she keeps bugging me telling me well figure it out I want my money

Should I be angry because she had said no the first time ?
