If your SO has the day off of work, would you want them to have your 1 year old at home or bring them to daycare anyway? (You're at work until 6pm).
My husband and I have been getting in disagreements because he never gets our son from daycare when he's off work. I know days off are important, but sometimes he'll wait until 30min before they close or just ask me to get him anyway. LO's been in daycare for 7 months now and he's never just kept him home or gotten him before 4pm when he's off.
