So I have always had a struggle with my weight it had been up and down my entire life. It’s gotten to a point where I look at myself in the mirror and I just don’t like what I see now I don’t get me wrong I love my face my hair just from there down bugs me. I want to loose the weight and slim down to my goal size but I struggle very hard with actually working out. I lack motivation in that region. I just want to be happy with that I see in the mirror and be healthy period. How did you guys gain motivation to actually start and accomplish your goal?
