Me vs My molestor

He molested me when I was around 9-10. His wife would babysit me sometimes and they were my parents friends. He did everything to me but penetrate. I’ve lived with this for in silence for so long and my inner child just about had it. I’m married, I’m 25 now a mother of 2 boys. I need help and i want justice. How do I start where do I go? Please help me. He’s still alive, he’s still married, his living a worried free life.
