Please tell me it gets better (4 month sleep regression)
Im currently in the 5th or 6th week of a sleep regression and although it is slightly better than it was at the beginning, I still feel like I'm dying waking up every hour for most of
the night.
I honestly don't feel like I can handle this much longer. I get angry at night and feel resentful towards my baby and I hate that the sleep deprivation makes me feel that way (it goes away during the day)
My son was a pretty good sleeper for a 2-3 month old before this happened. I would give anything for 4-6 hour stretches again 😩
Please someone just reassure me that it gets better. Please no advice about sleep training.
