Fetal echo

Hi ladies! Quick question. I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant (first baby) 🤗 ❤️ So far my doc told me everything is going great. Well I’m kind of freaking out because I got this letter in the mail from my clinic telling me they scheduled me for a fetal echo. I googled it and it says is to check the heart. I also saw that it said high risk pregnancy. Is this the same as an anatomy scan? I would be 22 weeks when I go to that appointment. I feel like there so many terms for everything and I feel helpless sometimes being new to the mom stage
