Hey Siri!

I know that this would be the last place that you would read a post like this but I am at wits ends here. I have tried a thousand times at trying to get Siri up and running on my phone by going to settings on my Apple IPhone 6 and playing around with it. However it’s not just Siri that is acting up as well. My phone turns on the Do not disturb while there is no way of disabling it. Certain alarms are not going off (4,5,and 6 AM) , Appointments that my family keep sending me will not end up in my calendar , heck I can’t even lock my phone with a code and I have a 6 year old niece, a soon to be 2 yo nephew and another niece soon to be 1. Hope they don’t call Hong Kong during Christmas Dinner. Also, my phone keeps doing updates IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! It drives me nuts. So if you work @ Sprint or the Apple store and you know how to guide me through “fixing” this disaster I am begging you, tell me what your master plan would be for me. I really don’t want to be out in holiday traffic looking for a parking spot
