Im literally LOSING MY MIND

noone and I mean noone is going to tell me I'm wrong I swear I heard two separate different fast baby heart beats YES I JUST DID ONE IS ON MY LEFT where I first found a heart beat

The now it's all the way on my right but now AT THE SAME TIME BC IM 12 W I AM FREAKING OUT it is not the cord gas I record and post to YouTube for every single heart beat I count one is 162 the other is much higher... I just had an asthma attack bc I can't be seen by a ob until my insurance clears Lord knows I'm huge as well it's a big Knott in my tummy with now heart beats to the left and right I THOUGHT THE SNEAK PEEK COULD HELP but no bc if twins one or both are boys
