Ladies working full-time

Hello! I had a question for the working mommas. I work at a clinic full-time with only 1 other person. We have a sister site that has 10 employees. Ive already told my boss about my pregnancy. last week they had ONLY my coworker and I work almost 12 days in a row ( 8 to 10 hour days, I called out sick the last day, my body just couldnt handle it anymore and I crashed). Whereas the employees at our sister site who worked the weekend had a day off during the week. Also During the week, pending on the day I struggle to eat my snacks/lunch/drink water as visits can take 20 minutes to 3+ hours. How did y'all handle working full time and trying to have a healthy pregnancy?
