Breastfeeding & Vitamins or No vitamins ?

Hello Ladies ! 
So I'm 1month PP and I'm still taking my prenatal but currently on my last pill. Do I keep taking vitamins ? & what kind ? Any recommendations? First time EBF.

You're supposed to continue taking the prenatals until you quit breast feeding. They help replenish all the nutrients baby is draining out of your body.

I take a women's multi. Breastfeeding demands so many nutrients, and you want to make sure you and baby are both getting enough nutrients. However, nothing will beat a well rounded diet

Yes, it’s actually recommended to keep taking your prenatal vitamins (or at least a vitamin of some kind) if you’re BF. I just take the one a day prenatal kind.

Yes keep taking them! I just take the prenatals prescribed by my OB. When I was breastfeeding our first baby I stopped taking them for awhile and I started feeling really tired and sluggish. Got back on them and it fixed me back up!
