2 month checkup

So we recently had our 2 month checkup. Idk if your doctor did this but ours sent us some paperwork in the mail we needed to fill out and bring in. So the questions I needed to answer were about the baby and how’s she’s developing. One of the sections were fine motor, I know one question was about their hands and if they grasp anything or not. So my baby has her hands in a fist a lot, she also can’t grasp a toy yet (also another question) the doc said we will had to watch her fine motor she does grab my fingers and clothes just not a toy ...I’m kinda worried. Did/does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone else’s baby have their hands in fist a lot?
