Miscarriage

Unfortunately I miscarried when baby bean was only 8 weeks and I was supposed to be 10 weeks 6 days....I had a gut feeling something was wrong when I had a slight pink discharge when I wiped and some dark brown and upon visiting the ER on the 19th and a follow up with my OB the next day it was confirmed that Ive been carrying my baby with no heartbeat for 2 weeks. I don’t know how to cope my heart hurts so much 😭 I’ve chosen to go through a natural miscarriage but it seems like nothing is happening. I cry constantly and I want my body to expel everything the natural way but up till today nothing has happened. I don’t want a D&C I’m trying to avoid it . Does anyone have any suggestions on how to speed up or start the process of expelling everything ( It’s been 2 weeks and 2 days and nothing has happened)
