Period problems couple months after d and c.

Hi everyone, I had a D and C for my miscarriage in mid October. Had my period four weeks after that, no problems and everything seemed normal. But I am currently 4 days late. About a week and a half ago I bled for three days- light brown blood and very light, mainly just when I wiped. I’m just wondering if this is normal, or if I should see a doctor? I don’t have any idea why I bled in between periods and I’m rarely late. And even when I am I’ve never been later then two days. And no I’m not pregnant.
