UTI AND a yeast infection 😩

Y’all. I’m dying. I woke up Friday morning with this awful urgent need to pee, and it continued all day even after I’d pee. Figured I had a UTI and picked up some AZO. Well the next morning, I started feeling super itchy down there. I figured it may be a symptom but it got so bad I almost had to start scratching at it. So I bought some monistat to treat what I figured was a Yeast infection. It was the one day treatment. Anyway, both infections are still there and it’s the worst thing ever. Should I try to get a 3 day treatment of monistat? I can’t afford to see a doctor, I have no insurance and no money. 😩 Help me figure out how to get rid of this?
