Feels like a sunburn

My skin my beautiful akin feels like its burning. It's not a sunburn for sure! I feel like I have this every month. Its super sensitive to touch or wearing long sleeves. And when I don't just the skin it feels irritated. Today it was on the back of my hand below my thumb joint literally came out of nowhere. It started to feel irritated. It spread to my wrist and above my thumbnail. I have no clue what this is. Anybody feel this before. It's been like 10 hours still hurts
