Christmas babies

Today would have been both of your birthdays. Both of my baby girls were conceived from something that was not consensual but I chose to continue with the pregnancy of my twin daughters. I was only 17 with no help. I went into labor and was told that my daughters didn’t make it, their umbilical cords were wrapped around their necks. It has been hard to cope with their lose. I lost them on Christmas Day at 6:05pm
