Normal? TMI details

Good morning ladies so I just have question.... it's been exactly 1 week since I've had my c section and i have completely weaned myself off the painkillers not that i needed them in the 1st place i felt fine afterwards. But last night I had this horrible pain on the right mid to lower side of my back. I have been passing gas ok and 2 days ago I stuck with diarrhea and I just had my 1st solid poo this morning. Is it normal to get this pain because it has seem to come out of nowhere and its very scary.
