FREAKING OUT! UPDATED

Just found out I am pregnant two days ago. According to the app I’m 4 weeks and 5 days. I felt like yesterday I may have been getting a UTI so I went to the doctor, they didn’t mention nothing. Went home, and still suffering with the urge to pee this morning been up since 5am. Just went to the bathroom and saw this little string of blood when I wiped!

Then got up and seen this in the toilet. What is this?! I’m scared too death!! Miscarriage is my biggest fear I wouldn’t be able to handle it. Please help!!

***Okay, just called the doctor. Did blood work yesterday and my HCG levels came back as 65? The snobby nurse was whispering comments to someone else while I was on the phone with her. After asking if the doctor was concerned with that number, she then proceeds to tell me “no, you’re super early. Just like 2 weeks pregnant.” How is this possible? I’m so confused. My LMP was November 25, my app says I ovulated on December 10. On every single calculation website it says I’m 4 weeks. What is wrong?
