Help please

This may sound idiotic with an obvious answer !!

Hello , I’m extremely paranoid

November 19 was the first time I had sex and it was unprotected because we did not go full on (it was only 3 strokes ) he did not cum in me but after that a week later I felt nauseous and my boobs become sore and engorged but I was thinking period symptoms because my period was supposed to come soon after that but it was late ,I wanted until it was 7-8 days late to take a pregnancy test and it came out negative so I did not think much . Another week passed and my period was still late so I induced my period with alottttt of vitamin c (I knew it was my period and not implantation bleeding because it had blood clots and the back pain was unbearable)my period lasted for 7 days .Fast forward until dec-21 I took another pregnancy test which came to be negative (because I’m extremely one paranoid b****)

I had decided to take a pregnancy test because my breasts were still hurting and I was having backaches but it was bearable until now my breasts hurt and I’ve felt nauseous (not a lot) but do keep in mind my period is due in 3 days .

Him and I have agreed to wait on sex until we know that we are okay

(Or just in general we don’t need a scare again)
