ARC FERTILITY FINANCING

Has anyone ever used the program ARC Fertility? It’s used at select clinics and offers 3 cycles plus success which gives you the option of up to 3 cycles with fresh or frozen transfer. If successful pregnancy/birth after 1st cycle a refund for remaining 2 cycles is given. My estimate for 3 cycles is $21K; if successful in first try $11K is refunded. Any info or advice on using this program?
