Bladder/Kidney Infection?

Maybe TMI so if you’re sensitive don’t read on! But I’ve never had a bladder or kidney infection before (I know they’re two different things, I think it’s a kidney infection) but I’m also not sure what could have caused it other than going a little crazy using the satisfier pro for too long a few nights ago & not peeing right after oral sex. I haven’t completely ruled out an std/sti because I received oral without a dental dam but I’m 99% sure it’s not an sti/std. The symptoms have been frequent urgency to urinate even when it’s no more than a single shot, no burning though. This has been happening since before the oral happened, but also little jolts of discomfort on my sides and around where my bladder is, as well as one day of very light yellow discharge. I did have penetrative sex with a different person two weeks ago but used a condom, so again, although things happen I’m pretty sure it’s not an std, but in both cases didn’t pee until a while after. Plus the overuse of the toy. And I switched BC a couple months ago to Camila .35 which caused me to have discharge anyway, so I’m assuming all that on top of being sexually active for the first time in ten months could’ve caused it. Also, took a pregnancy test yesterday that was negative. I have an appointment with my gyn for next Thursday but just trying to have some peace of mind and not solely rely on webmd/google.
