Cramping a lot?

I really don’t know what’s going on. I don’t cramp but this cycle I’ve been having cramps since I ovulated way up until now which my period should be arriving maybe tomorrow. I’ve been feeling like I’m going to start my period for a week now and it hasn’t started. I just keep getting a lot of creamy discharge. The cramps are mild mostly but some are sharp. I’ve never cramped this much ever. As I got closer to my period this week they have gotten more and more noticeable. What could it be?
