Workout routines? Help!!!!!
So this year I’m doing a major change with myself. I’ll be 16 here soon and this summer I’ll be getting a gastric sleeve. Even though I’m getting that I want to start losing weight and change my habits. Does anyone have any good at home workout routines? Or diets that you like? I’m hella overweight and I really want to change that. I don’t have any health problems though which is good but I just want to change that so I don’t in the future. You can message me or comment.
