Belly pulsating?

I've noticed that my belly pulsates when I'm laying down. Not all the time though. Has anyone else experienced this? This is my first baby so I'm not sure if this has anything to do with contractions. 😂 I'm 35+2 and ended up getting a bag of fluids while in the hospital on Wednesday to stop contractions I didn't even know I was having.

It's much easier to feel your pulse and heartbeat when you're pregnant because there's more blood flow and less room in there. Sometimes when I'm going to bed I can feel my heartbeat so strongly, even without putting a hand on my chest. It's just like my whole body is beating. 
Depending on your position you'll feel it more or less, so laying down might make you more aware of the pulse in your stomach.

It’s probably the baby moving. That happens to me. If you’re having contractions, your stomach would get tight and feel hard.
